The Method Behind the Results

Circular Strength Training® (CST) is a conditioning system emphasizing a health-first approach to fitness which has something to offer people of all ages and fitness levels. There are three components, or “Wings”, of CST that work together in order to provide you with the most benefit to your training. They are Intu-flow, Prasara Yoga and Clubbell Athletics. Together these components comprise the Circular Strength Training regimen.
CST has evolved from the experiences and research of Coach Scott Sonnon, the head of RMAX International. As a Distinguished Master of Sports and a multiple-time USA National Martial Arts Team Coach for Russian Sambo, Coach Sonnon integrated the best of what he had learned in the East (in Russia) and West (in the United States) into an extremely effective training method.
Circular Strength Training takes an approach to fitness that is different from many of the conventional methods currently in use. This method of training approaches the body as a whole unit. Training integrates breathing, structure, and movement in three dimensions, using as a foundation the three wings mentioned above. Consistent practice increases efficiency of movement as well as effectiveness. In so doing, CST enhances your ability to experience flow (being "in the zone").
You can find a brief description of each of the wings on this site by following the links in red above. For additional detailed information, you can follow the links to the websites below.
